Improved Use for Handheld Camera-Recorders and Portable Recorders

Panasonic Corporation is pleased to announce that new, compact Battery Packs and Battery Chargers will be marketed in Spring 2016 for handheld Panasonic Camera-Recorders and Field Recorders used for video production and broadcasting. The AJ-P2E060FG (60GB) and AJ-P2E030FG (30GB) solid-state recording media for broadcast use with the P2 Series will also be released in December 2015 as successor models to the P2 card F series.

* The quick-charging function applies only when using the AG-BRD50 Battery Charger.

This is a new series of Battery Packs for use with handheld Camera-Recorders and Field Recorders. They offer approximately twice the capacity of conventional models, and enable quick-charging* of about 1/3 of the time required by conventional models.

* The quick-charging function applies only when using the AG-BRD50 Battery Charger.
* Applicable Recorders: AG-DVX200, AJ-PX270, HC-X1000, and AJ-PG50
