- *1:CONTENTS folder located in a root directory of P2 card or media drive cannot be recognized properly.
Please create a folder in the root directory and copy CONTENTS folder in it. - *2:Timecode display might be different from AG-CX350 recording display. (Video is fine.)
- *3:2 Plug-in EX does not support Mac OS Catalina. (as of Aug.2020)
- *4:Audio playback might not be smooth at spanned portions of Relay Recording or 4GB-split files. (Video is fine.)
- *5:P2 OP-Atom file is not imported due to PRIVATE folder. Please copy CONTENTS folder only for P2.
This issue is fixed by DaVinci Resolve Studio 16.2.5.

- *1:Audio playback might not be smooth at spanned portion of Relay Recording clip. (Video is fine.)
- *2:Timecode display of AVCHD (PH,HA,SA) format might be different from AG-CX350 recording display. (Video is file.)
- *3:Audio playback might not be smooth at 4GB-spanned portion of clips.(Video is fine.)
- *4:In the case of MOV/AVCHD file-spanned clip, please do the following method to put on a sequence for the proper audio playback at the spanned portion.
1) Line clips in order of playback in the bin.
2) Select all the clips.
3) Right-click and do "Set as Sequence".
4) Put the clip onto a sequence. - *5:The recorded AVCHD 59.94p,59.94i format clip timecode always starts from 「00:00:00:00」
- *6:When accessing a folder of MOV or AVCHD clips, Premiere Pro 14.0 crashes.
This issue is fixed with Premiere Pro CC version 14.01.
Premiere Pro CC 13.0 and earlier version might not be able to recognize AVCHD and MOV files on Media Browser due to P2 CONTENTS folder.
In that case, the clips are recognized by Directory viewers function. - *7:AVCHD or MOV files might not be recognized on Media Import due to CONTETNS folder.
When importing from SD card, restart Final Cut Pro X after mounting SD card.
Please select whole PRIVATE folder only when copying to HDD. - *8:HEVC import and playback is possible by installing Drastic Technologies Media Reactor Lite for Avid plug-in software.
Note that video and audio playback might not be smooth.
Also timecode of 59.94p and 50p might be different from AG-CX350 recording display.
Audio source ch1 is played back on all the four channel tracks. - *9:When importing on Media Browser, multiple P2 clips are not recognized.
This issue is fixed with Premiere Pro CC version 14.01. - *10:Video might not be smoothly played back.
