CX ROP App

Wireless Control from a Tablet or Smartphone

The CX Series (AG-CX350 and AJ-CX4000GJ) can be controlled remotely and wirelessly using the tablet/smartphone app "CX ROP"*¹ (downloadable for free from the App Store or Google Play). This app allows you to display camera information and change camera settings. The settings are easy to see and can be changed by tap-and-slide operation. It can operate multiple functions such as camera settings/adjustments, REC S/S, and menu settings. The AG-CX350 can be also used to control zoom, iZOOM, and focus.
Clip metadata supported. Metadata can be sent from CX ROP to a camcorder and be recorded onto a recording clip.
What's more, the app can be used to select the camera to control from up to eight cameras in the CX Series (AG-CX350 and AJ-CX4000GJ).*² The automatic camera search function also supports multi-camera mode, allowing you to easily select and connect to any camera on the network from a list.
