JT-NM Tested equipment
Overseen by the JT-NM, managed by the EBU, and conducted by JT-NM Partners, the JT-NM Tested program offers prospective purchasers of IP based equipment greater, more documented insight into how vendor equipment aligns to professional media IP standards and specifications including but not limited to SMPTE ST 2110 and SMPTE ST 2059 standards, JT-NM TR-1001-1 and AMWA NMOS specifications and to Cybersecurity practices listed in EBU documents.
Vendors who submitted equipment to be tested and agreed to make their results public are listed, along with their products’ test results in the JT-NM Tested catalog. This catalog is publicly available at IBC 2022 and online at https://www.jt-nm.org/jt-nm-tested. This catalog describes the test criteria and testing methodology, and lists the specific hardware and/or software versions of the products that were tested. While JT-NM Tested is not a certification program, it provides a snapshot in time of how vendor equipment aligns to key parts of the standards and specifications listed above. The goal of this program is to provide prospective purchasers and users with information that may be useful as they evaluate products for use in IP-based facilities.
