Tokyo, Japan (October 6, 2022) – Panasonic Connect Co., Ltd. announced today the release of the AT-KC10C2 Kairos Control compact control panel together with the compatible AT-SFE01 RossTalk Option software key and the KAIROS Version 1.3.2 System Software featuring new functions, available for free, in the expanded lineup of the KAIROS IT/IP platform, a live video production and distribution system for professionals.
The new compact 12XPT-style control panel measures just 600mm, half the width of a standard control panel. Two mix-effect (ME) layouts and two faders support multi-scene operation.
The new control panel comes with a feature unique to Kairos Control, which allows functions to be freely assigned to and displayed on user-selected buttons, same as standard AT-KC10C1. The compact control panel is ideal for use in tight spaces, such as at event halls and inside OB vans.
The upgraded system software enhances reliability thanks to newly added redundancy and system log functions. Support for the RossTalk protocol enables control of Ross Xpression real-time motion graphics.
The popular KAIROS IT/IP platform is an extension of Panasonic’s unwavering commitment to supporting the video production industry with innovative solutions for enhanced production quality and operational efficiency.
