Software key to activate the SMPTE ST 2110-compliant option for the AK-HC3900GJ/HC3900GSJ.
By activating, it is possible to connect the AK-HC3900 HD studio camera to SMPTE ST 2110-compliant broadcast equipment via an SMPTE optical fiber or a network switch, allowing transmission of HD uncompressed video from the camera and return video and intercom audio from studio sub equipment to the camera side without the need for a CCU (camera control unit) as in the past.
