Camera settings

For the firmware of the camera, use Ver.4.00 or above.

For details about the camera setting, refer to “Connecting to the iPhone/iPad or Android terminal”. According to the shooting environment, select [ENABLE] or [ENABLE(HOLD)] for the [NETWORK] menu → [IP REMOTE] → [ENABLE/DISABLE].

In addition, set the following:

  • Switch to auto mode with the <AUTO/MANUAL> switch. (<AUTO/MANUAL> switch)

  • When [SUPER GAIN] is assigned to any of the USER button, clear the assignment. (Super gain)

The following settings are also recommended.

  • Select the [CAMERA] menu → [SW MODE] → [ATW] → [OFF]. ([ATW])

  • Select the [CAMERA] menu → [AUTO SW] → [ATW] → [OFF]. ([ATW])

  • Select the [CAMERA] menu → [AUTO SW] → [A.SHUTTER] → [OFF]. ([A.SHUTTER])

  • Select the [CAMERA] menu → [AUTO SW] → [AGC] → [OFF]. ([AGC])

Setting the standby port number

Depending on the environment, set the port number for standby if required.

Set the port number in the [NETWORK] menu → [IP REMOTE] → [REMOTE CONTROL PORT].
