原因和措施

对于Internet Explorer 9.0、10.0、和11.0 ：下列消息出现在信息栏中。

  • 选择 [Allow]。

对于Internet Explorer 9.0、10.0、和11.0 ：下列消息出现在信息栏中。

[This website wants to install the following addon:' nwcv4SSetup.exe' from 'Panasonic System Networks Co.,Ltd.'.]
  • 选择 [Install]。出现安全警告窗口时，点击 [Install] 按钮。

在弹出窗口中显示不必要的状态栏和滚动条。
  • 在 Internet Explorer 的 Internet 选项画面上显示安全性选项卡，再选择[Internet]。点击[Custom level] 按钮，将[Miscellaneous] 下方的[Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints]设为[Enable] 并点击[OK] 按钮。出现警告窗口时，点击[Yes] 按钮。

IP图像与显示帧不匹配
  • 如果图像的DPI设置为 120 DPI或更高，图像可能不会正确显示。
    在个人计算机的桌面右键单击，点击 [Screen Resolution] - [Make text and other items larger or smaller]，并选择[Smaller - 100% (default)]。
  • 如果不将 Internet Explorer 缩放功能的放大级别设置为 100%，图像可能不会正确显示。
    在 Internet Explorer 的菜单栏中选择 [View] - [Zoom]，并点击 [100%]。

画面的布局扭曲，或者画面上的某些按钮无效
  • 在 Internet Explorer 的菜单栏中选择 [Tools] - [Compatibility View
    Settings]，禁用本装置的兼容视图。
