Selecting the resolution, codec, and frame rate for recording video

The resolution, codec, and frame rate of the recording video can be selected.

  • [SYSTEM] menu → [FREQUENCY]: System frequency

  • [SYSTEM] menu → [FILE FORMAT]: File format for recording

  • [SYSTEM] menu → [ASPECT]: Aspect ratio of the video to record in the signal format of the SD resolution (480i and 576i)

  • [SYSTEM] menu → [SUPER SLOW]: Super slow recording settings

  • [SYSTEM] menu → [SHOOTING MODE]: Shooting mode settings according to the shooting environment

  • [REC FORMAT]: Sets the signal format and codec mode for recording.

  • [SYSTEM] menu → [AUDIO SAMPLE RES.]: Number of bits of the audio to record (selectable if set to AVC-I100/AVC-I50)

  • [SCENE FILE] menu → [VFR]: Variable frame rate recording function (variable frame rate range)
