MENU screen

Displays the [MENU].

Depending on the [MENU] → [SYSTEM SETTINGS] → [MON OUT] → [MENU DISP] setting, [MENU] is displayed for the output from the <MON OUT1> terminal and <MON OUT2> terminal.
