[SW MODE]
Configure the settings of each mode when switched using each switch.
These menu items cannot be set when the thumbnail screen is displayed.

[HIGH GAIN] | Sets the gain value to be assigned to the <H> position of the <GAIN> switch. (3 dB steps) ([−3dB] is only for [HIGH SENS.]) [−3dB]…[18dB]

[SUPER GAIN] | Sets the super gain to be assigned to the USER button. [24dB], [30dB], [36dB] [ALL]: Each time the USER button is pressed, the setting toggles in order of [24dB] → [30dB] → [36dB] → (off).

[ATW] | Assigns the auto tracking white balance function to the <WHITE BAL> switch. [Bch], [OFF]

[ATW SPEED] | Sets the control speed of the auto tracking white balance function. [FAST], [NORMAL], [SLOW]

[ATW TARGET R] | Finely adjusts the Rch output for convergence with auto tracking white balance operation. [−10]…[10]

[ATW TARGET B] | Finely adjusts the Bch output for convergence with auto tracking white balance operation. [−10]…[10]

[W.BAL PRESET] | Sets the color temperature to be assigned to the <PRST> position of the <WHITE BAL> switch. [3200K], [5600K], [VAR]

[W.BAL VAR] | Sets the value of [VAR] in [W.BAL PRESET]. It can also be operated by the jog dial button. Enabled when [W.BAL PRESET] is set to [VAR] and the <WHITE BAL> switch is at <PRST>. [2000K]…[15000K]

[FOCUS ASSIST MODE] | Sets the operation mode of the focus assist function. [EXPAND]: The center of the viewfinder is displayed enlarged. [FOCUS IN COLOR]: Outlines the contour of the video in color.

[FOCUS IN COLOR SETTING] | [PEAKING COLOR] | Selects the color of contour when [FOCUS IN COLOR] is selected in [FOCUS ASSIST MODE]. [RED]: Outlines the contour in red. [GREEN]: Outlines the contour in green. [BLUE]: Outlines the contour in blue.

[PICTURE B/W] | Selects either color or black and white for the image when [FOCUS IN COLOR] is selected in [FOCUS ASSIST MODE]. [ON]: Displays the image in black and white. [OFF]: Displays the image in color.

[EXPAND MODE] | Selects the method to cancel expanded display when [EXPAND] is selected in [FOCUS ASSIST MODE]. [10SEC]: Cancels in 10 seconds. [HOLD]: Does not cancel until the <FOCUS ASSIST> button is pressed again. [UNTIL REC]: Cancels when recording starts. Expanded display is not available during recording.

[IRIS GAIN] | Sets whether to perform the iris correction on the camera or on the lens. [CAM]: Performs the iris correction on the camera. [LENS]: Performs the iris correction on the lens.

[IRIS GAIN VALUE] | Sets the adjustment value of [IRIS GAIN]. When [CAM] is selected in [IRIS GAIN], this setting is enabled. [1]…[20]

[A.IRIS WINDOW] | Selects the auto iris detection window. [NORM1]: Window that is near screen center. [NORM2]: Window that is near screen bottom. [CENTER]: Window that is a spot in the screen center.

[AGC] | Sets the operation of the auto gain control. [ON]: Performs the operation of the [AGC] function that automatically adjusts camera gain. [OFF]: Does not perform the operation of the [AGC] function that automatically adjusts camera gain.

[AGC LIMIT] | Sets the maximum gain value during [AGC] operation. [3dB], [6dB], [12dB], [18dB]

[AGC POINT] | Sets the F value to switch control from auto iris to [AGC] during [AGC] operation. [F2.8], [F4.0], [F5.6]

[AUTO KNEE SW] | Enables/disables the auto knee and dynamic range stretcher functions. [DRS]: Activates the dynamic range stretcher function when the <OUTPUT>/<AUTO KNEE> selector switch is set to <ON>. [ON]: Activates the auto knee function when the <OUTPUT>/<AUTO KNEE> selector switch is set to <ON>. [OFF]: Does not activate the auto knee and dynamic range stretcher functions when the <OUTPUT>/<AUTO KNEE> selector switch is set to <ON>.

[WFM MODE] | Selects the type of waveform to be displayed in the viewfinder when the USER button to which the [WFM] function is assigned is pressed. [WAVE]: Displays as a waveform. [VECTOR]: Displays as a vector. [WAVE/VECTOR]:The display changes in order of (no display) → [WAVE] (waveform) → [VECTOR] (vector) → (no display) every time the USER button assigned with [WFM] is pressed.

[BARS TYPE] | Selects the color bar to use. [SMPTE]: Uses the color bar in the SMPTE standard. [FULL BARS]: Uses full color bars. [SPLIT]: Uses SPLIT color bars for SNG (Satellite News Gathering). [ARIB]: Uses ARIB standard color bars.
