[IN/OUT SEL]
Performs the setting regarding the input/output of the <SDI OUT1>, <SDI OUT2/IN>, <HDMI>, <GL IN/VIDEO OUT>, and <TC IN/OUT> terminals.
Item | Description of settings | |
---|---|---|
[SDI OUT1] | Sets video output from the <SDI OUT1> terminal. [ON]: Outputs video. [OFF]: Does not output video.
| |
[3G-SDI] | Selects the 1080P signal of the HD SDI output when the main menu → [SYSTEM MODE] → [LINE&FREQ] is set to [1080-59.94P] or [1080-50P]. [LEVEL-A]: Selects the LEVEL-A method. [LEVEL-B]: Selects the LEVEL-B DL method.
| |
[SDI OUT1 CHAR] | Selects whether to superimpose characters on images output from the <SDI OUT1> terminal. [ON]: Superimposes. [MON CHAR]: Sets if it will superimpose with the [SETUP] screen → [SET03:MON OUT SETUP] → [CHR] of SmartUI or the <CHARA> button on the remote control. [OFF]: Does not superimpose.
| |
[SDI OUT1 ZEBRA] | Selects if the zebra pattern is superimposed to the video signal output from the <SDI OUT1> terminal. [ON]: Superimposes. [MON ZEBRA]: Sets if it will superimpose with the [SETUP] screen → [SET03:MON OUT SETUP] → [ZBR] of the SmartUI or the main menu → [IN/OUT SEL] → [MON OUT ZEBRA]. [OFF]: Does not superimpose.
| |
[SDI EDH] | Selects whether to superimpose EDH when the SDI output is SD signal (480i and 576i). [ON]: Superimposes. [OFF]: Does not superimpose.
| |
[HD SDI REMOTE] | Sets whether to use the control function of recording operation for an external device (such as a recorder) connected to the <SDI OUT1> terminal at HD SDI output. [ON]: Controls the recording operation of the external device. [OFF]: Does not control the recording operation of the external device.
| |
[SDI OUT2/IN SEL] | Selects if the <SDI OUT2/IN> terminal is to be used as the <SDI OUT2> terminal or to be used as the <SDI IN> terminal. This can be set when the main menu → [SYSTEM MODE] → [REC SIGNAL] is set to [CAM]. [SDI OUT2]: Uses as the <SDI OUT2> terminal. [SDI IN]: Uses as the <SDI IN> terminal.
| |
[HDMI OUT SIGNAL] | Selects the output video signal from the <HDMI> terminal. [MON]: Outputs the signal from the monitor output. [VF]: Outputs the same signal as the one from the viewfinder. Video format will be 1080i. [SDI IN]: Outputs the signal input to the <SDI OUT2/IN> terminal. The video format is 1080i, 720P, 480P, or 576P, in accordance with the setting in the main menu → [SYSTEM MODE] → [LINE&FREQ].
Audio is not output when it is set to [VF] or [SDI IN]. | |
[GL IN/VIDEO OUT SEL] | Selects if the <GL IN/VIDEO OUT> terminal to be used as the genlock input or to be used as the video output. [GENLOCK IN]: Uses as the genlock input. [VIDEO OUT]: Uses as the video output.
| |
[GENLOCK SETTING] | [GL PHASE] | When in HD (1080P, 1080i, 720P) mode, selects the output signal of phase to be locked to the signal input to the <GL IN/VIDEO OUT> terminal. [HD SDI]: Locks the HD SDI output signal to genlock input. [COMPOSITE]: Locks the down-converted composite output signal (480i or 576i signal from <GL IN/VIDEO OUT> terminal) to genlock input.
|
[H PHASE] | Adjusts the horizontal phase when the phase is to be locked to the signal input to the <GL IN/VIDEO OUT> terminal. [−512]…[512]
| |
[DOWNCON SETTING] | [DETAIL] | Turns detail function for the down converter output signal [ON]/[OFF]. [ON], [OFF] The down converter output signal contains detail components set during HD signal processing. This setting superimposes the detail components exclusive to down converter output to that signal.
|
[H.DTL LEVEL] | Sets horizontal detail correction level for the down converter output signal. [0]…[31]
| |
[V.DTL LEVEL] | Sets vertical detail correction level for the down converter output signal. [0]…[31]
| |
[DTL CORING] | Sets the detail noise removal level. [0]…[15]
| |
[H.DTL FREQ] | Selects the horizontal detail frequency. [2.5MHz], [3MHz], [3.5MHz], [4MHz], [4.5MHz]
| |
[MON OUT ZEBRA] | Selects whether the zebra pattern is superimposed over the output video signals from the monitor output terminals (<HDMI>, <SDI OUT2/IN>, and <GL IN/VIDEO OUT>). [ON]: Superimposes. [OFF]: Does not superimpose.
The video signal output from the <SDI OUT1> terminal will be a candidate for selection when [MON ZEBRA] is selected in the main menu → [IN/OUT SEL] → [SDI OUT1 ZEBRA]. | |
[TC IN/OUT SEL] | Selects whether to use the <TC IN/OUT> terminal for input or for output. [TC OUT]: Uses as output. [TC IN]: Uses as input.
| |
[TC OUT] | Sets the type of time code output from the <TC IN/OUT> terminal. [TCG]: Outputs the time code generator value of the camera at all times. [TCG/TCR]: Outputs the time code generator value for camera image output, and the time code value of the video being played back for video playback output.
| |
[TC OUTPUT REF] | Sets the output delay of time code output from the <TC IN/OUT> terminal. [RECORDING]: Outputs the recorded time code with no delay. This is used when performing simultaneous recording on two cameras with the time code of this camera as the master. [MON OUT]: Matches to output image.
