Recording the proxy data

Select [PROXY REC(P2)] or [PROXY REC(P2&SD)] in main menu → [REC/PB] → [DUAL CODEC SETUP] → [CODEC USAGE] and press the <REC> button to start proxy recording at the same time as recording of the materials.

Push the <MODE CHECK/MENU CANCEL> switch towards the <MCK/MCL> side three times to display the proxy data recording information on the viewfinder screen.
